Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on blank hats.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Hats with patches are made to order and cannot be returned. Exceptions include defects.
- Return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within [insert time frame, e.g., 7-10 business days].
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange a blank hat for a different color, please contact us at mintdropbrand@gmail.com.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Process
- Contact us at mintdropbrand@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions (return shipping is to be paid by customer).
- Package the item securely and include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
