Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mintdrop! We want you to love your headwear, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return blank hats.
  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Hats with patches are made to order and cannot be returned unless there’s a defect.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.

How to Return

  1. Email us at team@mintdropbrand.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Package your item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions (return shipping is paid by the customer).
  4. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
