Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All rates are calculated automatically at checkout using Shopify’s shipping system, so you’ll always see the cost before you finalize your purchase.
Processing Time
We work quickly to get your order out the door. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before it’s shipped. Custom orders may take a bit longer, and we’ll provide an estimated timeframe during consultation.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship only within the U.S. Here’s what to expect:
- Economy Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
We partner with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to make sure your order arrives safely.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to check the status of your shipment and get an estimated delivery date.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible at team@mintdropbrand.com. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, please note that changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. No international shipping is available.
